JAMESTOWN, NORTH DAKOTA

Good evening, good morning, or good whatever.... Wherever you are...
(I was going to say the world, but caught myself just in time, and I'll just limit myself to the U.S. and Norway).
Not much to report on today...
We spent the day in Jamestown, North Dakota, and (sorry to say North Dakotans, or Dakotians, or whatever you wanna call yourselves), there ain't too much going on here for people like us, who don't know where to go or what to see....
Be that as it may..... We had a lazy morning... Slept in 'till 6:50, and didn't get going until around 8:00... Drove down town and got the truck washed (Man, did it ever need it!), and - would you believe it - found another Walmart.... Oh, yeah, we're in big town now! Got some necessities (at least Lu thought so) and headed back home to our RV park, then walked over to the Frontier Village (about two hundred fourty eight steps away), where we spent about an hour going over the things we went over yesterday.... Although we did get some pictures, so look and be amused at: http://picasaweb.google.com/Kjell.and.Luanne/JAMESTOWNNORTHDAKOTA
Gassed up the truck for the short haul to Perham, Minnesota, tomorrow, and took a nap.... Us old folks have to rest, you know....
Then we both were on the computer for a while, and finally walked over to Frontier Bar and Grill, where we had the most fantastic Prime Rib ever!
If you travel through here, and don't stop, well.... What can I say? Almost worth the time to travel from Seattle just for the taste, but what do I know?
That's it for today...... We're (like I said) going to our HOME RV PARK, Golden Eagle Vacationland, tomorrow, and will be staying there for 8 days.... So we'll have some "stay-in-one-place" time for a change.... Should be interesting!
I'll let you know what's going on......
A last piece of info: Welcome to my blog Bård Solem! Really happy to know you're following our crazy journey around the U.S.
Hasta la bye, bye, folks!
