Just about a week left before scrambling over the Cascades.....
Wow! Hard to believe we're that close.....
Luanne had her surprise retirement party yesterday, which was a grand affair, I understand; and has only to finish off today and tomorrow in order to say adios to her working life... How sweet is that?
I've been busy building book cases and magazine racks for the 5er, and otherwise generally getting all our ducks lined up.....
It's going to be a long time before we return to the Rock, so there's a lot to think about, and a lot to do..... Both with the 5er and the homestead.
